Notification of changes to the underlying funds of Robeco Capital Growth Funds

(Together the “Affected ILP sub-funds”)
We have been notified by the directors of Robeco Capital Growth Funds (the “Company”) of name changes to its sub-funds, which are the underlying funds of our Affected ILP sub-funds. This will take effect from 27 May 2024 (the “Effective Date”)
Change of name for the Affected ILP sub-funds
The underlying fund names will change from “RobecoSAM” to “Robeco” to reflect the removal of the “SAM” label. In addition, any reference to “Equities” in the name will also be removed.
Accordingly, on the Effective Date we will be updating the names of our Affected ILP sub-funds as follows:

The Company has advised that there will be no change to the investment objectives, policies or risk tolerances of the underlying funds as a result of the change of name.
